$5 off $25 Target Grocery Coupon

I just got my mail from yesterday and there was a post card with a pop-out looking paper gift card coupon for $5 off $25 grocery purchase. It expires 9/6

The post card just says "resident" so it must have been sent out to a bulk mailing list. I wonder if apartment mailbox trash cans would be full of them????
